Hi everyone! Our schedule for April. Please pay attention that we do booking only with your payment. We have ashtanga mysore at 06:00 We will be closed for Songkran from 14th afternoon (Friday) till Sunday. Monday 17th we are waiting for you to our classes.

We offer a wide variety of styles of Yoga and classes for all levels from absolute beginners to advanced practitioners, including : Ashtanga Yoga, Stretching Yoga, Flexibility and Strength Yoga, Basic Yoga. Also we organize the Art of Living courses, where you could learn special stress releasing breathing techniques. We could provide pregnancy yoga classes in group or on individual basis.
