We have early-birds Mysore class every Wednesday and Friday at 06:00, if you would like to join booking first please.
If you are beginner, for you will be good classes: haha yoga, kundalini yoga, pilates, yin yoga and body fly.
Also we have Dance therapy. This is class perfect for girls, who wants to feel the their body, or if you want to feel your freedom inside, or if you would like to learn how you can dance without hesitation and feel your feminine.
Every Saturday at 16:00 kids yoga.
