Do I need to pre-register for class?
No for all classes. Almost all of our classes are available drop-in. Please arrive 10-15 minutes before the class begins to settle in. If you are coming for pregnancy yoga you should book in advance.
Do you have class packs?
Yes, we offer class packs or memberships, also we do have gift cards that you can purchase for yourself or others. You could find more info on Prices page.
Do you take credit cards?
I’ve never done yoga before, what class should I take?
Most of our classes are open level, which means that all levels are welcome. You can come to any of these classes and move at your own pace. Basicly classes for beginners focus on more foundational postures, simpler transitions, and move at a slower pace. Also, read our article New to yoga.
I find in schedule class named “Long Kriya”. What does it mean? And could I come to this class?
This class is designed by Art of Living Foundation, people there practice special anti-stress breathing Sudarshan Kriya. You could attend this class only after finishing The Basic course, which is provided every month in our Studio. You could follow our News directory or just call any Administrator to know more about this course.
Do I need to bring anything with me to class?
Wear clothes that you feel comfortable moving in. You can bring your own mat or borrow one from us for free.
Do you have showers or lockers?
Yes. We have three bathrooms and two separate changing rooms with locker, where you could store your personal belongings.
What if I need to leave early?
Please tell the teacher ahead of time, take an early shavasana, and leave before the rest of the class takes shavasana so as not to disturb them.
